How to make the crochet daffodil stitch

Today we are going to learn how to crochet the daffodil stitch. An easy stitch to do, and at the end of the session you will achieve a tidy field of daffodils. This stitch is also slightly openwork and therefore we find it particularly suitable for a baby blanket or, why not, for a doily to embellish a summer table. It all depends on the yarn with which you decide to make the piece in question.

We have chosen our Fluffy in mohair and silk, in the colour Honey, but a summery yarn would also be fine.

Enjoy.
