Soft, enveloping, essential: wadding is the material that shapes comfort. A discreet but fundamental presence, capable of transforming every creation into a full and welcoming tactile experience. More than a fiber, it is a gesture: that of adding volume, warmth and softness, with natural simplicity.
The structure is light and three-dimensional, ideal for creating volume, uniform for even filling, elastic and compressible, and capable of returning to its original shape.
Availability and packaging
Our wadding is available in 500 g and 1 kg packs per color. Each package has a natural tolerance of ±3%. The different packages are designed for both those who need small quantities and those who need large quantities and/or want to save money.
For non-ECE shipments, the packages are vacuum-packed, reducing volume and lowering shipping costs. Don’t worry: once opened, the wadding returns to its original, fluffy volume with no loss of quality.

Not only is our polyester wadding really soft, resilient and perfect for filling pillows, puppets and mattresses, but it is also environmentally sustainable. In fact, it is composed of 75 percent regenerated fibers from recycled plastic bottles and is therefore itself easily recyclable.
And it doesn't end there because our wadding is also:
- hypoallergenic
- impervious to mites and mold
- rot-proof
- water repellent
Modern wadding is derived primarily from synthetic fibers such as polyester, which are obtained through advanced industrial processes to create lightweight, strong and highly versatile materials. Production is spread globally, with major hubs in Asia, Europe and the United States, where technologies are being developed to improve performance, safety and sustainability. Recycled fibers, for example from recovered plastics, help reduce environmental impact and foster a circular production model.
Our wadding is Oeko-Tex Class 1 certified, which means that no harmful substances are present. It is therefore most suitable for making products for children.
This wadding is intended exclusively for use as a filling and stuffing material.
